The consortium of the National Food and Physical Activity Survey will promote the Workshop "Surveillance Systems in Food, Nutrition and Physical Activity" on May 12, 2016, in the Aula Magna of the University of Porto Medical School.
This consortium involving the University of Porto (FMUP, FCNAUP, ISPUP, FADEUP), the University of Lisbon (FMUL, FMHUL), the National Institute of Health Dr. Ricardo Jorge, the University of Oslo and SilicoLife company, is responsible for this National survey funded by the EEA Grants program - Initiatives in Public Health, in the field of Information Systems. The project also has the institutional support of the General Directorate of Health, the Central Administration of the Health Systems and Regional Health Administrations.
The completion of the workshop is to discuss a model of development and implementation of a Food Surveillance System, Nutrition and Physical Activity in Portugal.
We invite you to attend the morning session, which will be open to the entire community and aims to share of European models by international experts. The afternoon sessions will be restricted to guests bringing together different stakeholders in specific discussion sessions.
