Ethics
The project was approved by the Portuguese National Authority of Data Protection for the creation of an individual database and by the Ethics Committees of the participant entities.
The project respects the ethical principles set out in the Declaration of Helsinki, considering:
- 1) Voluntary participation;
- 2) Informed and clarified consent;
- 3) Confidentiality and data access.
