Contribution of foods to free sugars intake

Percentage contribution of the food groups and subgroups (IAN-AF 2015-2016) to the daily free sugars intake. Free sugars includes monossaccharides and dissaccharides added to foods by the food and catering industry or the consumers, as well as sugars naturally present at honey, syrups and fruit juices.
